Roberto Keller brings decades of leadership and consulting experience in logistics, engineering, and healthcare infrastructure across Switzerland and Europe. As the founder and CEO of PMO Keller AG, he has led complex consulting mandates in industrial operations and hospital systems planning, including project offices for power plants and optimization of acute hospital processes. Previously, Roberto held leadership positions at Hoegger Alpina AG and Contraves AG, overseeing large-scale engineering and integration projects. He studied at the Universität St. Gallen and NTB Buchs, and holds advanced diplomas in logistics management, project leadership, and KMU management. He is fluent in German, English, and Italian.

Jean brings deep experience in cybersecurity, AI, and infrastructure engineering, with a decade spent across big tech, consulting, and high-stakes technical programs, notably at Google. Jean is also a serial founder, having built and launched multiple AI-driven products across wine discovery and data analysis. He occasionally consults on simulations and systems automation for healthcare infrastructure across Switzerland. Jean advised global financial institutions on IT transformation, compliance systems, and product digitization at Accenture and UBS. He holds an M.S. from Stanford University and certifications in cloud architecture and ethical hacking. He speaks English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Hebrew.

Alberto brings over a decade of experience across wealth and investment management, financial research, and private markets advisory. Prior to co-founding Npercent, he was Deputy CIO and Investment Manager at a Zurich-based external asset manager, where he was responsible for cross-asset mandates and co-led a Liechtenstein-based alternative investment fund. He also served as an Investment Consultant at Credit Suisse, and as a research analyst at Julius Baer. Alberto has personally managed or advised on billions of US dollars of assets across asset classes and product types throughout his career. He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MA (Cantab) from the University of Cambridge, and is a CFA Charterholder. He speaks English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
